Comply with Laws. It will comply in all material respects with all applicable laws and orders to which it may be subject if failure so to comply would materially impair its ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement or any Credit Support Document to which it is a party.
Comply with Laws. Comply in all respects with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and orders including, without limitation, paying before the delinquency of all taxes, assessments, and governmental charges imposed upon it or upon its property, and all Environmental Laws.

Borrower shall comply with the requirements of all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders of any Governmental Authority, compliance with which is necessary to maintain its corporate existence or the conduct of its business or non-compliance with which would adversely affect in any respect its ability to perform its obligations or any security given to secure its obligations.

Each party will comply with the Civil Defence Emergency Management Xxx 0000, the Telecommunications Xxx 0000, the Telecommunications (Interception Capability) Xxx 0000 and all other applicable laws, and mandated industry standards and codes, at all times when performing its obligations and exercising its rights under this Agreement.
Comply with Laws. You must comply with all laws and regulations affecting your possession and use of the Vehicle. This includes, making sure the Vehicle has a warrant of fitness or certificate of fitness, is registered and that you pay all fines and any charges in relation to the Vehicle (eg. road user charges). You must only use the Vehicle for the purpose it is designed for.

The Lessee shall comply promptly with all other Laws affecting the Leased Premises, the Lessee’s Building and Fixtures or the use of the Leased Premises and the Lessee’s Building and Fixtures including any structural work in respect of the Lessee’s Works, including the Health Act 1922 (WA), the Health (Public Buildings) Regulations 1992, the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA) and the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997.
Comply with Laws. In carrying out the Purpose and in the storage and use of the Material, the Recipient will exercise all reasonable care, employ good laboratory practice and will comply with any applicable laws and regulations governing the transportation, keeping, use or disposal of the Material.
Comply with Laws. Tenant agrees to promptly comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations or governmental authorities (including zoning laws and building codes) and insurance underwriters, and any other organization exercising similar functions, affecting the Premises.

Borrower shall perform and promptly comply, and cause all property of Borrower to be maintained, used and operated in accordance, in each case in all material respects, with all: (i) present and future laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, and requirements (including, without limitation, zoning ordinances, building codes, and environmental laws, and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and any other similar applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules, regulations, or ordinances) of every duly constituted governmental or quasi-governmental authority or agency applicable to Borrower or any of Borrower’s properties; (ii) similarly applicable orders, rules, and regulations of any regulatory, licensing, accrediting, insurance underwriting or rating organization, or other body exercising similar functions, to the extent usually complied with by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which Borrower operates; and (iii) similarly applicable duties or obligations of any kind imposed under any certificate of occupancy or otherwise by law, covenant, conditions, agreement or easement, public or private.
