Comply with Laws. Trader shall comply with all applicable laws in carrying on the Permitted Use. Without prejudice to the foregoing, in carrying on the Permitted Use, Trader shall comply with all laws and regulations relating to or connected with: (a) food safety to include, but not limited to, the requirements of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland; (b) the development of a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point ("HACCP") system; (c) standards of hygiene as laid down by the Health Service Executive from time to time; and (c) health and safety in the work place.
