The UNIVERSITY may take appropriate action, including termination of this contract, for conduct which is found by the UNIVERSITY to be in violation of any such rules or which is otherwise detrimental to the welfare of RESIDENTs, employees or the physical properties of the UNIVERSITY or which violates any federal or state law. RESIDENT’s breach of this contract may result in exclusion from specified housing/dining areas, referral to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, and/or the imposition of UNIVERSITY sanctions, including fines and administrative restrictions. It may also impact future eligibility to live on campus.
