Compliance with New Laws. If a Law is changed or a new Law comes into force (both referred to as "New Law"), and the Developer is obliged by the New Law to perform certain works or pay an amount which it is required to do in accordance with this Agreement or which was not contemplated at the time of entering into this Agreement, then, to the extent that the relevant obligation is required under the New Law and the Agreement, compliance with the New Law will constitute compliance with the relevant obligation under this Agreement.

Compliance with New Laws. If a Law is changed or a new Law comes into force (both referred to as "New Law") and East Quarter is obliged by the New Law to do something or pay an amount which it is already contractually obliged to do or pay under the VPA then, to the extent only that the relevant obligation is required under both the New Law and the VPA, compliance with the New Law will constitute compliance with the relevant obligation under the VPA.

  • Compliance with Rules To comply with, and to require the Contractors to comply with, all rules, regulations, ordinances and laws bearing on the conduct of the work on the Improvements, including the requirements of any insurer issuing coverage on the Project and the requirements of any applicable supervising boards of fire underwriters.
