Common use of Compliance with Court Orders Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Court Orders. The Bank and the Group can act in any way they see fit, without consulting the Borrower and/or the Assignor beforehand, if they are served with a court order issued by a court of any jurisdiction. The Assignor agrees not to hold the Bank or the Group liable for any loss or damage in connection with their actions.
