Completion of Negotiations. 18.1 Any individual contract between the District and the individual employee within the representational unit of this contract therefore executed shall be subject to and made consistent with the terms of this or subsequent agreements to be executed by both parties. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling.
