Completion of Evaluation Cycle. a. The summative evaluation of a teacher shall be based upon student growth measures resulting from assessments that were administered in the previous school year for Value-Added Measures or the current school year for all other student growth measures, and performance that is assessed through evidence gathered during the walkthroughs and formal observations, including information in the OTES rubric and which has been previously discussed with the teacher in a timely fashion, related to professional responsibilities, that are conducted for the current school year.
