Competitive Promotional Examination Components. The competitive examination for Sergeant shall have two components, a closed book, multiple choice written examination comprising 50% of the total score and an oral board comprising 50% of the total score. In order to proceed to the oral board, a member must receive a minimum passing score of 65% on the written examination. The oral board shall be held within sixty (60) days of the written examination.

Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • Commercialization Intrexon shall have the right to develop and Commercialize the Reverted Products itself or with one or more Third Parties, and shall have the right, without obligation to Fibrocell, to take any such actions in connection with such activities as Intrexon (or its designee), at its discretion, deems appropriate.
