Common use of Compensation of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Consultant. The Company shall pay the Consultant (pound)50,000 on successful conclusion of the work performed at the enD of the initial term. Any fees to be paid in cash or shares in the Company at the closing market price ruling as of the date of commencement of this contract (Shares to be issued under regulation S-8) as mutually agreed between the parties, which is deemed to be Forty cents ($0.40) per share for a total of Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Three (248,473) shares.
