The private employment agency may agree in writing with the temporary agency worker that, contrary to the provisions of articles 25 and 26 of this Collective Labour Agreement, compensa- tion hours are to be awarded instead of payment for the bonus factors for irregular working hours in respect of the amount in excess of 1, and/or the bonus factors for overtime.
