Nature. 1.3 Purpose of processing
Nature. JRNI Booking Service by bookinglab allows end users to book appointments, meetings, or other calendar arrangements online. The type of appointment that is booked is up to our Customer to define. This means that the personal data that is captured on the JRNI platform will vary depending on the information that is needed to make appointments. Our Customers are the controllers of the end user personal information held on the JRNI platform, as personal data will need to be stored to create the bookings. The bookinglab technical support team may need to access the JRNI platform to help our Customers resolve any technical support issues, but we don’t control or process any of the personal data held within the platform.
Nature. The storage of Customer Personal Data processed by the Customer using the Services together with such retrieval, amendment, transmission, structuring, restriction or erasure of Customer Personal Data as may be required in the course of the provision of support services to the Customer.
Nature. Nothing in this Memorandum shall be construed as creating a partnership or agency between the Parties.
Nature. The Intellectual Property Rights license under this Agreement is an exclusive license. Without a prior written agreement between the Parties, the Licensor and its subsidiaries can use the Intellectual Property Rights only in their own business operation, and shall not, take any actions, including but not limited to the transfer of the Intellectual Property Rights, direct or indirect, in any process other than their normal business process, to any third party in any forms, that will affect or likely to affect the Licensee's use of the Intellectual Property Rights.

In this particular case, the Agreement provides for works on land owned by Council and the payment of contributions towards stormwater and car parking infrastructure.
