Common use of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses. A. For the services described in Section I above, and subject to the condition that the services have been completed in a manner satisfactory to the Director, Contractor shall be compensated at the rates set forth in Exhibit B. Provided, however, that the total amount of compensation to be paid to Contractor for the services required by this Agreement shall not exceed $500,000. In the determination of hourly fees, time allotments shall be calculated to one-tenth of an hour.
