Common use of ’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Clause in Contracts

’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability. Contractor shall maintain Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability insurance in compliance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, which coverage shall include Employer’s Liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 for each accident, $500,000 for disease, and $100,000 for each employee, per policy period.
