Common use of Company’s Duty to Discuss Change Clause in Contracts

Company’s Duty to Discuss Change. (a) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the union, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a), the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers to avert or mitigate the adverse affects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changes.

Company’s Duty to Discuss Change. (a) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the union, inter aliatheir Union, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)above, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changes.

Company’s Duty to Discuss Change. (a1) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and where requested the union, inter aliaemployee’s representative, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)6.1, among other things, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert avoid or mitigate the adverse affects minimise effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or (and where requested, the union employee’s representative) in relation to the changes.

(a) 10.2.1 The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the uniontheir representative, if requested, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)10.1.1 hereof, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union and / or their representative in relation to the changes.

(ai) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the their union, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a), 9(a) of this clause and this discussion shall include the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert avoid or mitigate minimise the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union their unions in relation to the changes.

(aiii) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the unionunion to which they belong, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)paragraph (a) above, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers employees and measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees employees, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changes.

(ai) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the uniontheir nominated representatives, if any, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)above, the effects effect the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union their nominated representatives in relation to the changes.

Company’s Duty to Discuss Change. (a) The Company shall will discuss with the affected employees affected and the union, inter aliaUnion, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a), 41.1. This discussion will include the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers employees and the measures the Company proposes to avert take to avoid or mitigate minimise the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees and shall the employees. The Company will give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union Union in relation to the changes.

The Company company shall discuss with the employees affected and their representatives (if the unionemployees so request), inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a(i)(a), above, the effects affects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union their representatives in relation to the changes.

(ai) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the union, inter aliaaffected, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)14.2, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers employees and measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees employees, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changes.

Company’s Duty to Discuss Change. (ai) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the union, inter aliatheir Union, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a), 21(a)(i) of this clause and this discussion shall include the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert avoid or mitigate minimise the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union their Unions in relation to the changes.

(a) 16.2.1 The Company company shall discuss with the employees affected and the uniontheir representatives and parties bound by this Agreement, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)paragraph 16.1.1 hereof, the effects affects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the their union in relation to the changes.

Company’s Duty to Discuss Change. (a) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and any representative an affected employee appoints and identifies to the union, inter alia, Company the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)subclause 4.4.1 above "Company’s Duty To Notify" of this clause, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers to avert or mitigate the adverse affects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union their representative/s in relation to the changes.

(a) 8.2.1 The Company company shall discuss with the employees affected and if they request, the union, inter aliaunion or other representative, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)8.1.2, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changes.

(a) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and where requested any nominated representative of the unionemployee(s), inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)4.4.1 hereof, the effects the such changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changesemployees.

The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the union, inter aliaunion to which they belong, the introduction of the changes referred to in sub clause 12.1(a)35.1 above, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers employees and measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees employees, and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changes.

(a) The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the union, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in sub clause 12.1(a)2.14.1, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changes.

(a) 11.2.1 The Company shall discuss with the employees affected and the unionaffected, inter alia, the introduction of the changes referred to in clause 12.1(a)11.1, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers to avert or mitigate the adverse affects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union in relation to the changes.

Company’s Duty To Notify, above, the effects the changes are likely to have on employees, measurers measures to avert or mitigate the adverse affects effects of such changes on employees and shall give prompt consideration to matters raised by the employees and/or the union Union in relation to the changes.
