Inductions Clause Samples
The Inductions clause outlines the requirement for individuals, such as employees or contractors, to undergo a formal introduction or orientation process before commencing work on a project or at a specific site. This process typically involves providing essential information about safety procedures, site rules, and operational protocols to ensure that all personnel are adequately prepared and aware of their responsibilities. By mandating inductions, the clause helps to promote workplace safety, ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards, and minimize the risk of accidents or misunderstandings.
