Company Policies and Procedures. Executive shall comply with all Company policies and procedures (“Policies and Procedures”) as the same may be adopted, amended or promulgated by the Company from time to time. To the extent of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Policies and Procedures, this Agreement shall control.
