Common use of COMPANY HOLIDAYS Clause in Contracts

COMPANY HOLIDAYS. 25.0 The following holidays are available to all employees: New Years Day Canada Day Thanksgiving Day Good Friday Civic Holiday Christmas Day Victoria Day Labour Day Boxing Day *Employees who for personal or religious reasons wish to observe a holiday other than the above listed paid holidays may, upon reasonable advance written notice, request that one of the paid holidays, be considered as a normal working day and that another day be substituted and that the substituted holiday shall be treated as a paid holiday for the purposes of this Agreement.
