(a) DAY CREW WORKER: Five consecutive days Monday to Friday.
Non-Shift Workers. For all time worked outside the normal hours of work defined in Article IX, pay shall be as follows:
i) Monday through Friday between 08:00 hrs and 22:00 hrs - time and one half ii) Monday through Friday between 22:00 hrs and 08:00 hrs - double time

(c) 10 hr shift as per letter of understanding dated August 3, 2017. Work Day – ten hours shall constitute a normal day’s work to be performed within ten and one half (10 ½) consecutive hours starting at 6:00 a.m. Work Week – Four consecutive days Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.

Non-Shift Workers. 1) If a non-shift employee working a rotating days off schedule is scheduled to work on an observed holiday on a regularly scheduled shift, the employee may in lieu of receiving the double time rate for each eight (8) hour shift actually worked, elect at the time to have equivalent time off added to the employee’s vacation and work the holiday at straight time.
2) Only those employees as determined by supervision to be required for operation and maintenance will be scheduled to work on an observed holiday.
Non-Shift Workers. When a holiday falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be declared the legal holiday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday shall be declared the legal holiday.
Non-Shift Workers. (a) Subject to clause 11.2(b), ordinary hours of work shall:
(1) be between 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive;
(2) not exceed 9 hours per day; and
(3) average 152 hours within a work cycle of 4 weeks.
(b) The span of ordinary hours in clause 11.2(a)(1) for Employees engaged at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ site may be extended by UCMH for an additional 3 hours every Wednesday.
