COMPANY CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE. The Company may establish and maintain where appropriate, a Consultative Committee as a forum for effective communication between the parties. The Consultative Committee will be made up of an equal number of management representatives and Employee representatives elected by the Employees. The parties agree that there will be a maximum of three representatives from management and three from the site workforce. The Secretary of the CFMEU or nominee will be extended an invitation to attend Committee meetings. The principle purpose of this Committee will be to:

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities.
