Communications, Audits, and Measurement. As requested by the Commission, and consistent with available resources, the Commission may require the CNA to provide measurements of Strategic Communications activities, including as part of a communications audits, of its overall Strategic Communications to systematically assess capability and capacity for, or performance of, essential Strategic Communications activities practices. A communications audit shall be conducted using standard communications audit practices and include any key areas suggested by the Commission. As may be reasonably required by the Commission, communications audits and measurement shall include historical information, as well as information related to NPA Strategic Communications. Measurement information and communications audit report results shall be submitted in 30 days.

  • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both Parties of this Agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error, other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure. To this end, an arbitration board shall have the power to allow all necessary amendments to the grievance and the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance, in order to determine the real matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and the justice of the case.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
