Information and Communications. Each Employer, Member, Spouse and Beneficiary shall be required to furnish the TPA with such information and data as may be considered necessary by the TPA. All notices, instructions and other communications with respect to the Plan shall be in such form as is prescribed from time to time by the TPA, shall be mailed by first class mail or delivered personally, and shall be deemed to have been duly given and delivered only upon actual receipt thereof by the TPA. All information and data submitted by an Employer or a Member, including a Member's birth date, marital status, salary and circumstances of his Employment and termination thereof, may be accepted and relied upon by the TPA. All communications from the Employer or the Trustee to a Member, Spouse or Beneficiary shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed by first class mail to the address of such person as last shown on the records of the Plan.
Information and Communications. Essential information will be identified in each Project and transferred to the employees on time so that they can carry out their job appropriately. The information systems produce reports that contain a lot of information as to the relevant activities, which allows to manage and monitor the reporting on Projects in the Project. The information systems handle not only the data produced in relation to the Project, such as budgets and forecasts, but also the data as to events, actions and external conditions that are important for the decision-making process in order to make informed business decisions and report to external agents.
Information and Communications. The Commission shall provide all documents, maps, reports, and other data requested by the Provider necessary for the Provider to accomplish the Requested Services. The Commission and the Provider agree that the Commission shall be permitted to obtain at no additional cost and to retain any and all documents prepared or caused to be prepared by the Provider in connection with the services to be provided by the Provider and the Provider agrees to provide the Commission with said documents upon request by the Commission. Said documents may be used by the Commission or others with respect to the Commission’s undertakings with respect to the Projects.
Information and Communications. 23.1 The Grantee shall prominently display the LIFT logo at all sites where the Activity is being implemented. In addition, the Grantee shall credit LIFT in any promotional materials in accordance with Annex G.
Information and Communications. (a) Subject to the Access to Information Act (Canada), the Privacy Act (Canada), and the applicable provincial, territorial or municipal freedom of information and privacy legislation, the Parties shall hold confidential any information clearly identified and marked as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed in a manner that would contravene the access to information and privacy legislation that applies to the Parties.
Information and Communications. Purchaser shall be responsible for the costs of installing and maintaining any communications equipment necessary to effectuate the delivery of the Non-Firm Generation Product or Load Following Product between the District and the Purchaser.
Information and Communications. 9.8.1 After the NatWest Closing in respect of the NatWest Businesses and the RBS Closing in respect of the RBS Businesses (and without limiting any of the Seller Warranties), if the Business Sellers become aware (whether by notice from the Purchaser or otherwise) that any Books and Records are not in the possession of the Purchaser but is or are in the possession or under the control of or available to the Business Sellers or any other member of the RBSG Group, the Business Sellers shall notify the Purchaser and procure that such Books and Records are delivered (at the Business Sellers’ cost) to the Purchaser as soon as reasonably practicable on request (having regard to any time periods in which the Purchaser might require such Books and Records to be transferred in order to comply with Law and Regulation) and/or Good Industry Practice.
