  • Addresses for Notices, Etc Any notice or demand that by any provision of this Indenture is required or permitted to be given or served by the Trustee or by the Holders on the Company shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given or made, for all purposes if given or served by being deposited postage prepaid by registered or certified mail in a post office letter box addressed (until another address is filed by the Company with the Trustee) to Zillow Group, Inc., 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, Attention: General Counsel. Any notice, direction, request or demand hereunder to or upon the Trustee shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given or made, for all purposes, if given or served by being deposited postage prepaid by registered or certified mail in a post office letter box addressed to the Corporate Trust Office. The Trustee, by notice to the Company, may designate additional or different addresses for subsequent notices or communications.   • Offices for Notices and Payments, etc So long as any of the Debentures remain outstanding, the Company will maintain in Hartford, Connecticut, an office or agency where the Debentures may be presented for payment, an office or agency where the Debentures may be presented for registration of transfer and for exchange as in this Indenture provided and an office or agency where notices and demands to or upon the Company in respect of the Debentures or of this Indenture may be served. The Company will give to the Trustee written notice of the location of any such office or agency and of any change of location thereof.   • Addresses for Notice All notices, requests, demands, ---------------------- instructions, directions and other communications provided for hereunder shall be in writing and shall be mailed (by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid) or delivered to the applicable party at the address specified for such party on the first page of this Agreement or, as to any party, to such other address as such party shall specify by a notice in writing to the other party hereto. Each notice, request, demand, instruction, direction or other communication provided for hereunder shall be deemed delivered (i) if by mail, five business days after being deposited in the mail, addressed to the applicable party at its address set forth above, (ii) if by hand or by overnight courier, when delivered to the applicable party at such address.

  • Addresses and Notices Any notice, demand, request, report or proxy materials required or permitted to be given or made to a Member under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given or made when delivered in person or when sent by first class United States mail or by other means of written communication (including electronic communication) to the Member at the address described below. Any notice, payment or report to be given or made to a Member hereunder shall be deemed conclusively to have been given or made, and the obligation to give such notice or report or to make such payment shall be deemed conclusively to have been fully satisfied, upon sending of such notice, payment or report to the Record Holder of such Shares at his address as shown on the records of the Transfer Agent or delivered electronically as otherwise shown on the records of the Company (including on Exhibit A attached hereto), regardless of any claim of any Person who may have an interest in such Shares by reason of any assignment or otherwise.
