Examples of ADDRESSES FOR NOTICES in a sentence
All notices, claims, certificates, requests, demands, and other communications required or permitted hereunder (“Notice”) must be in writing and will be deemed given to the Addresses for Notices (a) when delivered personally to the recipient, (b) upon delivery by reputable overnight courier service (charges prepaid), or (c) upon delivery or refusal of delivery by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, and addressed to the intended recipient.
If the breach is not cured within such period or if satisfactory reassurance is not accepted by the non-breaching Party(ies) in such period, then the Party(ies) not in breach may terminate this Master Agreement upon ten (10) business days written Notice at the Addresses for Notices.
If the breach is not cured within such period or if satisfactory reassurance is not accepted by the non-breaching Party(ies) in such period, then the Party(ies) not in breach may terminate this Master Agreement upon ten (10) business days written Notice at the Addresses for Notices set forth in Appendix A.
For purposes of this Agreement, except for notices specified to be delivered to the address found in Addresses for Notices later herein, the District’s primary point of contact for this Agreement is the designated Project Manager from the District, or his/her authorized designee.
Every notice or communication sent in accordance with Clause 14.1 (Addresses for Notices) shall be effective, if sent by letter, email or fax, upon receipt by the addressee provided, however, that any such notice or communication which would otherwise take effect after 4.00 p.m. on any particular day shall not take effect until 10.00 a.m. on the immediately succeeding business day in the place of the addressee.
