Commencement of Agreement (1) This Agreement shall come into operation upon the first day of the calendar month following the date upon which the later of the following events occurs—
Commencement of Negotiations Within five (5) days of satisfaction of the public notice requirement, and not later than forty-five (45) days following submission of the proposal, negotiations shall commence at a mutually acceptable time and place for the purpose of considering changes in this Agreement.
Commencement of Services The Consultant shall begin carrying out the Services from the Effective Date or from such other Date specified in the SC.
Commencement of Leave Parental leave must commence no later than the first anniversary date of the birth or adoption of the child or of the date on which the child comes into the actual care and custody of the employee. The employee will decide when his or her parental leave is to commence.
Commencement of Bargaining Where a Party to this Agreement has given notice under Article 32.2, the Parties shall, within fourteen (14) days after the notice was given, commence collective bargaining.
Commencement of Term The Term commences upon the Commercial Operation Date.
COMMENCEMENT AND TERMINATION 10.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall continue in force until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
Commencement of Benefits (a) Unless the Participant elects otherwise, distribution of benefits will begin no later than the sixtieth day after the close of the Plan Year in which the latest of the following events occurs:
End of hire The Hirer shall be responsible for leaving the premises and surrounding area in a clean and tidy condition, properly locked and secured unless directed otherwise and any contents temporarily removed from their usual positions properly replaced, otherwise the village hall shall be at liberty to make an additional charge.
Commencement of Coverage Coverage under the provisions of this article shall apply to regular full-time and regular part-time employees who work 15 regular hours or more per week and shall commence on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the completion of the employee's probationary period.
