Collegial Assistance. An employee who has received a Form B shall have the right to request an observation(s) or other appropriate help from one (1) or more fellow employees for the purpose of obtaining constructive suggestions to overcome the deficiency(ies). Release time for this purpose shall be granted by the District, upon the mutual agreement of the requesting employee and principal. Staff may use professional leave for this purpose.
