CODES AND REGULATIONS. a. The Contractor shall be knowledgeable regarding and shall comply with applicable portions of California Code of Regulations Title 24, the applicable Building Code, and all other codes, ordinances, regulations or orders of properly constituted authority having jurisdiction over the work of this Project. The Contractor shall examine the Contract Documents for compliance with these codes and regulations and shall promptly notify the Project Manager of any discrepancies.
