Clothing Attire. Every Child aged between 0- 3.5yrs must wear an Aqua Nappy at all times. Failure to do so will require the Member to purchase a nappy from reception or leave the class. Proper swimwear must be worn at all times. Any clothing other than swimwear, or cotton materials will not be allowed in the water.

Clothing Attire. Proper attire must be worn at all times including closed sports shoes. If you do not have access to a tennis racquet, you can borrow a racquet for the duration of your lesson although it is encouraged for your child to have their own. Our staff can assist you in choosing the right rac- quet size for your child.

  • CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT (a) Employees required by the Employer to wear uniforms will be supplied with an adequate number of uniforms appropriate to the occupation free of cost to Employees. Such items are to remain the property of the Employer and be laundered and maintained by such Employer free of cost to the Employee.

  • Uniforms and Protective Clothing 28.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer.

  • Protective Clothing 14.1 The Employer will be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00). In situations other than the foregoing, the College may, in its discretion, (which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised) reimburse such expense where it is recommended by the health and safety committee constituted under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  • Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment The Government considers operators as fireline personnel who will use and wear specified articles of personal protective equipment.
