Clothing Allowance for Required Uniform Apparel. (A) Each employee in the uniformed division shall receive, in addition to all other forms of compensation and expense reimbursement, Six Hundred Dollars ($600) annually on a calendar basis, which shall be credited to the employee’s account on January 1 of each year, for the purchase of regularly prescribed uniforms and any other items particular to firefighting rather than civilian use. Such allowance shall be allotted through the City’s normal purchasing procedure.
