Churn Fraud. This occurs when a Dealer, or its Sub-Dealer, deactivates a Subscriber’s SIM Card, MSISDN or telephone number, rate plan, or feature and also Activates the same customer with a new SIM Card, MSISDN or telephone number, rate plan, or feature for the purpose of receiving compensation and/or Activation credit or permitting the Subscriber to receive a promotion or Equipment upgrade. If the second Activation occurs within fourteen (14) calendar days prior to or after deactivation of the initial SIM Card, MSISDN or telephone number, the second Activation is conclusively deemed to be fraudulent.

  • Assault Any case of assault upon a teacher which occurs in the line of duty shall promptly be 20 rights and obligations with respect to such assault, and its legal assistance to the teacher in 21 connection with handling of the incident by law enforcement and judicial authorities. In such 22 event, the following shall apply:

  • Our Liability for Failure to Complete Transactions If we do not properly complete a transaction from your Card on time or in the correct amount according to our Agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:
