Chinese Bonesetter Benefit. This Benefit shall be payable when a Member (i) is treated by a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner for bonesetting treatment on an out-patient basis at the Registered Chinese medicine Practitioners clinic and incurs medical expenses which include consultation fee and charges for Medically Necessary external Chinese Medicines prescribed at the time of consultation by such Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner and obtained at a legitimate source on the same day of consultation; or (ii) incurs charges for Medically Necessary Chinese Medicines prescribed by a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner and obtained at a legitimate source (at or outside the treating Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner's clinic) under Non-HealthNet Benefit. This Benefit shall also be payable for acupuncture and tui na performed by a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner on an outpatient basis under Non-HealthNet Benefit.

Chinese Bonesetter Benefit. This Benefit shall be payable when the Member is treated by a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner for bonesetting treatment on an out- patient basis at the Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner's clinic, and incurs consultation fee and charges for Medically Necessary Chinese Medicines prescribed at the time of consultation by such practitioner and obtained at a legitimate source on the same day of consultation. This Benefit shall also be payable for acupuncture performed by a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner on an out-patient basis. The Benefit amount shall not exceed for any one visit in any one day the applicable Maximum Limit of Chinese Bonesetter Benefit.

  • Member Benefits The members shall be entitled to the following benefits during the term of this Agreement, save and except as otherwise hereinafter provided:

  • Survivor Benefit Upon the death of a regular employee who leaves a spouse and/or dependants enrolled in the Medical Services Plan, Dental Plan and Extended Health Benefit Plan, such enrolment may continue for twelve (12) months following the employee’s death, provided the enrolled family members pay the employee’s share of the cost of the premium for the plans.   • Survivor Benefits 1. A surviving dependent of a retiree who was eligible to receive a Retiree Medical Grant, as stated above in A through C, and who qualifies for a monthly allowance shall be eligible for fifty (50) percent of the Grant authorized for the retiree.

  • Public Benefit It is Reaction Retail’s understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by Reaction Retail under this Settlement Agreement, would confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201.   • Death Benefit Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.

  • Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan Pension Program Members For purposes of this Section 2, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on or after August 29, 2003 and who is not eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.

  • Lump Sum The Change Order cost is determined by mutual agreement as a lump sum amount changing the Contract Sum allowed for completion of the Work. The Change Order shall be substantiated by documentation itemizing the estimated quantities and costs of all labor, materials and equipment required as well as any xxxx-up used. The price change shall include the cost percent allowed for the Contractor's overhead and profit and, if eligible, Time Dependent Overhead Costs.

  • Superior Benefits Employees receiving benefits and/or wages specified in this Agreement, superior to those provided in this Agreement, shall remain at the superior benefit level which was in effect on the effective date of this Agreement, until such time as such superior benefits are surpassed by the benefits and/or wages provided in succeeding agreements. This provision applies only to employees on staff as of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • Domestic Partner Benefits An employee seeking to obtain benefit coverage for the employee’s domestic partner and the child(ren) of that domestic partner must satisfy all of VEHI’s current eligibility criteria and submit an affidavit in the format required by XXXX, all as posted on VEHI’s website, to the district business office.
