Charges for Solution Services Sample Clauses

The "Charges for Solution Services" clause defines the fees and payment terms associated with the provision of specific solution-based services under the agreement. It typically outlines how charges are calculated, when invoices will be issued, and the acceptable methods and timelines for payment. For example, it may specify whether charges are based on a fixed fee, hourly rate, or usage, and detail any additional costs or expenses that may be billed. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the financial obligations involved, reducing the risk of disputes over payment and helping to allocate financial risk appropriately.

(iii) To the extent such Solution Services cannot be performed by Supplier Personnel in accordance with Sections 1.3.1(c)(i) and 1.3.1(c)(ii), Supplier’s Charges for Solution Services shall be as mutually agreed by VITA and the Supplier.
