Translation Services. 4.3.10.1 The Contractor is required to provide oral translation services of information to any Member who speaks any non-English language regardless of whether a Member speaks a language that meets the threshold of a Prevalent Non-English Language. The Contractor is required to notify its Members of the availability of oral interpretation services and to inform them of how to access oral interpretation services. There shall be no charge to the Member for translation services.

A Member of the Bargaining Unit who provides oral or written language translation at the request of the Principal or his/her designee which requires more than fifteen (15) minutes to complete shall be compensated at the rate of one-fourth of the internal substitute rate dollars per quarter class period or fraction thereof, provided such translation is not related to the performance of the Member of the Bargaining Unit’s regular duties and responsibilities.

INTRODUCTION This contract booklet is for members of LifeWise Health Plan of Washington (LifeWise). This contract describes the benefits, exclusions and other provisions of your plan and replaces any other contract you may have received.
Translation Services. The Health Plan is required to provide oral translation services of information to any Enrollee who speaks any non-English language regardless of whether an Enrollee speaks a language that meets the threshold of a prevalent non-English language. The Health Plan is required to notify its Enrollees of the availability of oral interpretation services and to inform them of how to access oral interpretation services. There shall be no charge to the Enrollee for translation services.
Translation Services. Our minimum fee for translating a document is £90. Our minimum fee for providing a certified translation of a document is £180. We will quote individually for any request for translation services, basing that fee on the number of words and the language combination required.
Translation Services. The Board recognizes the need for translation assistance in certain cases and to this end a range of services will be developed. Where the need for translation services cannot be accommodated at the school level, the Principal will contact the Superintendent’s office with the request. At the discretion of the Superintendent’s office, such service will be provided bearing in mind budgetary limitations, availability of the service and the nature of the request.
