Charges for Disentanglement Services. So long as the Manager continues to provide the Services (whether or not the Manager has been terminated as Manager) during the Disentanglement Period, the Manager shall continue to be paid the Weekly Management Fee. Upon the Successor Manager’s assumption of the obligation to perform the Services, the Manager shall be entitled to reimbursement of its actual costs for the provision of any Disentanglement Services.
