Chargeback of Returned Checks. If a drawee bank or other third party makes a claim against us or seeks a re- credit with respect to any check processed, we may provisionally freeze or hold aside a like amount in the applicable account pending investigation and resolution of the claim. If Images of Checks deposited by you are dishonored or otherwise returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or are returned by a clearing agent for any reason, including, but not limited, to issues relating to the quality of the Image, you understand and agree that, since you either maintains the original Check or has destroyed the original Check in accordance with this Agreement, the original Check will not be returned, and we may charge back an Image of the Check to your Account whether or not the return is timely and proper, and may either return the item to you or re-present it to the drawee bank before returning it to you. You understand and agree that the Image may be in the form of an electronic or paper reproduction of the original Check or a Substitute Check. Unless otherwise instructed by us, you agree not to deposit the original Check if an Image or other debit as previously described is charged back to you.

Chargeback of Returned Checks. If Images of Checks deposited by Member are dishonored or otherwise returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or are returned by a clearing agent for any reason, including, but not limited to, issues relating to the quality of the Image, Member understands and agrees that, since Member either maintains the original Check or has destroyed the original Check in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement, the original Check will not be returned, and UCCU may charge back an Image of the Check to Member’s Account. Member understands and agrees that the Image may be in the form of an electronic or paper reproduction of the original Check or a substitute check. Unless otherwise instructed by UCCU, Member agrees not to deposit the original Check if an Image or other debit as previously described is charged back to Member.

  • Items Returned Unpaid A written notice will be sent to you of transactions we are unable to process because of returned items. The provisions of this Section 2.21 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

  • Check-Off Payments The Employer shall deduct from every employee any dues, initiation fees, or assessments levied by the Union on its members.

  • Union Dues Deductions It shall be a condition of employment for all Nurses in the Bargaining Unit, that dues be deducted from their bi-weekly salary in the amount determined by the Union. The deductions for newly employed Nurses shall be in the first pay period of employment. The dues shall be submitted monthly to the Union together with a list of the Nurses from whom the deductions were made.
