Changes in Schedule With Insufficient Notice. Should the Employer change the work schedule without fourteen (14) calendar days advance notice and as a consequence the regular employee is required to work on the paid holiday, then the employee shall be paid the appropriate overtime rate for all hours worked and receive another day off with pay as a rescheduled paid holiday.
