Common use of Change in Insurance Plans Clause in Contracts

Change in Insurance Plans. By mutual agreement, the parties may change the insurance carrier and/or offer alternative plans in place of the above mentioned plans, provided the alternative plan’s benefit structure and provider network are substantially equivalent to the then current plans.
