Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners. The Company will deliver to the Representatives, on the date of execution of this Agreement, a properly completed and executed Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners of Legal Entity Customers, together with copies of identifying documentation, and the Company undertakes to provide such additional supporting documentation as the Representatives may reasonably request in connection with the verification of the foregoing certification.

The Representatives, on behalf of the several Underwriters, may, in their sole discretion, waive in writing the performance by the Company of any one or more of the foregoing covenants or extend the time for their performance.

The Company and such Selling Shareholder that is an entity will deliver to the Representatives, on the date of execution of this Agreement, a properly completed and executed Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners of Legal Entity Customers, together with copies of identifying documentation, and the Company and such Selling Shareholder undertake to provide such additional supporting documentation as the Representatives may reasonably request in connection with the verification of the foregoing certification.
Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners. If requested, the Selling Stockholder will deliver to the Underwriters, prior to the Closing Time, a properly completed and executed Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners of Legal Entity Customers, together with copies of identifying documentation, and the Selling Stockholder undertakes to provide such additional supporting documentation as the Underwriters may reasonably request in connection with the verification of the foregoing certification.

The Company will deliver to the Underwriter, on the date of execution of this Agreement, a properly completed and executed Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners of Legal Entity Customers, together with copies of identifying documentation, and the Company undertakes to provide such additional supporting documentation as the Underwriter may reasonably request in connection with the verification of the foregoing certification All such opinions, certificates, letters and other documents will be in compliance with the provisions hereof only if they are satisfactory in form and substance to you and counsel for the Underwriter. The Company will furnish you with such conformed copies of such opinions, certificates, letters and other documents as you shall reasonably request.
