Additional Supporting Documentation. The Contractor shall submit sufficient reports and/or documentation for debris loading, hauling, disposal, and load capacity measurements as may be required by the Municipality and/or Government to support requests for debris project reimbursement from external funding sources. 1.3.0 Right-of-Entry (XXX) Removal (if implemented by the Municipality): The Contractor may be requested to remove XXX debris from private property with due diligence, as directed by the Municipality. The Contractor also agrees to make reasonable efforts to save from destruction items that the property owners wish to save, (i.e., trees, small buildings, etc.) The Contractor will exercise caution when working around public utilities (i.e., gas, water, electric, etc.). Every effort will be made to xxxx these utilities but the Municipality does not warrant that all will be located before debris removal begins, nor does the Contractor warrant that utility damages will not occur as a result of properly conducting the contracted services. The Municipality reserves the right to contract XXX with outside contractors as deemed necessary. 1.4.0
