Beneficial Ownership Certification. As of the Effective Date, to the best knowledge of the Borrower, the information included in the Beneficial Ownership Certification provided on or prior to the Effective Date to the Administrative Agent in connection with this Agreement is true and correct in all respects.

Beneficial Ownership Certification. Promptly following any request therefor, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent information and documentation reasonably requested by the Agent or any Lender for purposes of compliance with the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, including any Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to the Borrower. Any change in the information provided in the Beneficial Ownership Certification that would result in a change to the list of beneficial owners identified in parts (c) or (d) of such certification shall be furnished to the Agent promptly.
