Common use of Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners Clause in Contracts

Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners. The Company and each Selling Stockholder will deliver to the Underwriters, on or prior to the date of execution of this Agreement, a properly completed and executed Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners of Legal Entity Customers, together with copies of identifying documentation, and the Company and each Selling Stockholder undertake to provide such additional supporting documentation as the Underwriters may reasonably request in connection with the verification of the foregoing certification.
