Agency Period definition

Agency Period means the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and expiring on the earliest to occur of (x) the date on which the Agent shall have placed the Maximum Program Amount pursuant to this Agreement and (y) the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 7.

Business Day means any day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in New South Wales. Development means the development of the land described in Item 5 of the Schedule. Direct Standard Partner Commission means the commission payable by the Agent to the Direct Standard Partner, in the amount specified in item 7 of the Schedule, and subject to the terms of this agreement.
