Beneficial Ownership Certificate. As of the Closing Date, the information included in the Beneficial Ownership Certification, if applicable, is true and correct in all respects.
Beneficial Ownership Certificate. On or before the date of this Agreement, the Representative shall have received a certificate satisfying the beneficial ownership due diligence requirements of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network from the Company in form and substance satisfactory to the Representative.

Beneficial Ownership Certificate. To the knowledge of the Borrower, the information included in the Beneficial Ownership Certificate last delivered with respect to the Borrower, if applicable, is true and correct in all respects.
Beneficial Ownership Certificate. Promptly after the occurrence thereof, a notice of any change in the information provided in the Beneficial Ownership Certification that would result in a change to the list of beneficial owners identified in such certification.
