Beneficial Ownership Certificate. As of the Closing Date, the information included in the Beneficial Ownership Certification, if applicable, is true and correct in all respects.
Beneficial Ownership Certificate. On or before the date of this Agreement, the Representative shall have received a certificate satisfying the beneficial ownership due diligence requirements of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network from the Company in form and substance satisfactory to the Representative.

To the extent requested by any Lender or the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall have provided to such Lender and the Administrative Agent all documentation and other information so requested, including a duly executed W-9 of the Borrower (or such other applicable tax form), in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, and if the Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, a Beneficial Ownership Certification, in each case prior to the Closing Date.
Beneficial Ownership Certificate. As of the First Restatement Effective Date, the information included in the Beneficial Ownership Certification, if applicable, is true and correct in all respects.
Beneficial Ownership Certificate. To the extent the Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, any Lender that has requested, in a written notice to the Borrower at least three (3) days prior to the Closing Date, a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to the Borrower shall have received such Beneficial Ownership Certification (provided that, upon the execution and delivery by such Lender of its signature page to this Agreement, the condition set forth in this clause (ii) shall be deemed to be satisfied).
Beneficial Ownership Certificate. To the knowledge of the Borrower, the information included in the Beneficial Ownership Certificate last delivered with respect to the Borrower, if applicable, is true and correct in all respects.
