Prior to the Date of Acceptance the Grantee shall submit such evidence of insurance on the "City of Chicago Insurance Certificate of Coverage Form" or such other form(s) as prescribed by the City. The receipt by the City of any such certificate(s) or other evidence of insurance shall not constitute agreement by the City that the insurance requirements set forth in the Cable Ordinance and this Agreement have been fully met or that the policies of insurance indicated on such certificate(s) or other evidence of insurance are in compliance with the requirements of the Cable Ordinance and this Agreement. It shall not be deemed a waiver by the City of the requirements of this Section 5, if, for any reason, the City does not receive such certificates or other evidence of insurance from the Grantee. The Grantee shall advise all its insurers of the provisions of this Agreement regarding insurance. Non-conforming insurance shall not relieve the Grantee of its obligation to secure insurance as specified in the Cable Ordinance and this Agreement. Nonfulfillment of the insurance conditions may constitute a violation of this Agreement. The City retains the right to order the Grantee to stop work and services until proper evidence of insurance is provided consistent with this Agreement.
