Subsidy Requests and Reporting Requirements 1. The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested.
Reporting Requirements The Company, during the period when the Prospectus is required to be delivered under the 1933 Act or the 1934 Act, will file all documents required to be filed with the Commission pursuant to the 1934 Act within the time periods required by the 1934 Act and the 1934 Act Regulations.

Monitoring and Reporting 3.1 The Contractor shall provide workforce monitoring data as detailed in paragraph 3.2 of this Schedule 8. A template for data collected in paragraphs 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 will be provided by the Authority. Completed templates for the Contractor and each Sub-contractor will be submitted by the Contractor with the Diversity and Equality Delivery Plan within six (6) Months of the Commencement Date and annually thereafter. Contractors are required to provide workforce monitoring data for the workforce involved in delivery of the Contract. Data relating to the wider Contractor workforce and wider Sub-contractors workforce would however be well received by the Authority.
