S&O Agreement definition

S&O Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.
S&O Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the preliminary statement of this Agreement.
S&O Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated Supply and Offtake Agreement dated as of June 1, 2021, between ▇▇▇▇ and the Company, together with all schedules, annexes, and exhibits thereto, as amended or otherwise modified from time to time.
