CCTV SERVER AND STORAGE. A Genetec CCTV system shall be installed. Servers and storage shall be professional configured to exceed Genetec’s requirements. The server processor, memory and video card shall be selected such that cameras are displayed on screens without any noticeable difference in quality, motion, colour etc., to that of a camera being connected directly to the screen. The server is to be provided with a high‐level interface to the electronic access control and alarm system to enable cameras in the vicinity of alarm events to automatic display on nominated monitors. The server is to comply with the following minimum features.     No limit on the number of monitors; Up to 16 live or playback cameras per monitor; Remote live viewer to control other client stations on the network; Live and Playback Monitoring;  H.264, MPEG‐4, MPEG‐2, MJPEG, Wavelet and JPEG2000 video compression;  Standardised 4CIF video formats, non‐CIF, megapixel and HD resolutions;  Xxxxxxxxx managed from 8 Kbits/s to 20 Mbits/s per camera;  Full playback control, including playback speed, loop, skip to previous/next bookmark;  Export video sequence in public non‐proprietary formats;  Instant replay of any camera on display;  PTZ camera control including PTZ‐in‐tile controls and PTZ joystick controller;  Digital zoom;  Save and print video snapshots;  Interactive maps to control the system;  Software‐enabled motion detection;  Video and audio transmitted over standard LANs, WANs and Internet;  Multi‐streaming up to 6 streams per camera;  Remote access;  Support for any PC and conventional storage technology (IDE, SCSI, RAID, etc.);  Synchronous and reverse video playback;  Local and auxiliary archiving;  Support for multiple archivers;  Configurable archive retention periods per camera;  Configurable user‐access privileges;  Secure remote access capabilities;  Anti‐tamper digital signature on video recording;  Password protected export;  Authenticated user logins;  Supervised login procedures;  Support for Windows Active Directory;  User activity logs;  128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) command encryption;  HTTPS support;  Failover and Redundancy; and  Failover and redundant archiving (hot‐standby to minimise downtime).   • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.
