CATTLE. Tenant shall manage her cattle in a good husbandlike manner, according to currently recognized standard of husbandry, in order to conserve the health, safety and welfare of the public. Tenant shall guard her cattle from disease and inoculate them according to standard veterinary recommendations for their type and geographic area. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of any transmissible diseases which are found in Tenant’s cattle. Any diseased cattle shall be quarantined or disposed of according to the recommendations of a licensed veterinarian, and shall not be buried or otherwise disposed of on or in the premises.
CATTLE. 7.1. Lessee is authorized to graze a maximum of 420 AUM seasonally (AUM = 35 AU X 12 months) on the Premises in accordance with the provisions of this Lease and the ROA. Lessee shall provide documentation to NPS upon request demonstrating that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has a majority ownership interest in all cattle on the Premises. Lessee is not permitted to allow use of the Premises for any cattle in which Lessee does not have a majority ownership interest. 7.2. To protect Park resources and public health and safety, any cattle brought onto the Premises shall be transported, maintained, identified and inspected in accordance with all Applicable Laws, including state laws regarding proof of ownership and the inter and intrastate movement of cattle. Lessee shall provide copies of relevant documentation to NPS upon request. 7.3. Lessee shall promptly treat diseased, injured, or dying cattle in accordance with Applicable Laws and customary veterinary practices. Lessee shall immediately remove dead cattle from the Park and dispose of the carcasses in accordance with all Applicable Laws. 7.4. In order to protect public health and safety and Park resources, Lessee shall promptly report the results of any cattle disease testing, including tests for Johne’s disease, to NPS in the event that such testing reveals a suspected or known incidence of disease. 7.5. Lessee’s feeding of cattle shall be conducted in a manner that discourages or precludes wildlife (such as elk and ravens) from accessing feed (e.g., use of covered feed bunks). As applicable, the ROA identifies strategies to accomplish this goal. Wildlife access to feed and organic wastes, including afterbirths, shall be restricted using structural controls. Lessee shall promptly remove these items from areas where wildlife access cannot be controlled. 7.6. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ becomes aware that any cattle have escaped from the Premises, Lessee shall promptly return the cattle to the Premises. Failure to do following notice from Lessor so may subject the cattle to impoundment in accordance with 36 CFR Section 2.60. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ believes that the cattle escaped due to public visitation, Lessee shall provide all supporting information to the NPS for investigation and appropriate action. 7.7. Lessee shall provide monthly stocking rates by class of cattle (e.g., cow, calf, dairy heifer, yearling, bull) to Lessor by the 15th of the following month. CATTLE. This Agreement governs all cattle on FRR’s feed yards that are owned by J&F (“Cattle”). Beginning on June 23, 2009 or such earlier date on which FRR’s feed yards are at least 85% full of Cattle and ending on October 23, 2011 (the “Supply Period”), J&F agrees to maintain sufficient Cattle on FRR’s feed yards so that such feed yards are at least 85% full of Cattle at all times. Prior to the start of the Supply Period, J&F agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maximize the amount of Cattle on FRR’s feed yards until such feed yards are 85% full of Cattle. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and continue through the date that the last of the Cattle on FRR’s feed yards as of the last day of the Supply Period are shipped to J&F, a packer or another third party (the “Term”).
CATTLE. This Agreement governs all cattle on JBS’s Lakeside Feedyard located in ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Canada that are owned by J&F Canada (“Cattle”). Beginning on January 14, 2013 and ending on July 1, 2016 (the “Supply Period”), J&F Canada agrees to maintain sufficient Cattle on JBS’s feedyards so that such feedyards are at least 75% full of Cattle at all times.   • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.
