Common use of Cattle Clause in Contracts

Cattle. Tenant shall manage her cattle in a good husbandlike manner, according to currently recognized standard of husbandry, in order to conserve the health, safety and welfare of the public. Tenant shall guard her cattle from disease and inoculate them according to standard veterinary recommendations for their type and geographic area. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of any transmissible diseases which are found in Tenant’s cattle. Any diseased cattle shall be quarantined or disposed of according to the recommendations of a licensed veterinarian, and shall not be buried or otherwise disposed of on or in the premises.
