Common use of Carried-over leave Clause in Contracts

Carried-over leave. A senior salaried employee shall have the right to save the part of the holiday days (winter and summer) that the employee has earned in excess of 18 days during each leave-earning year, to be Travel taken later as carried-over leave referred to in section 27 of the Annual Holidays Act.
