Common use of Care Management Support Services Clause in Contracts

Care Management Support Services. For the purposes of meeting the staffing requirement for care management support services, the calls shall be answered and/or forwarded to the member’s care manager or other team members designated to act on behalf of the care manager. The MCOP shall ensure if a care manager designee is used, the requirements in Section 2.5.3.3.3.4 of the Three-Way are met.
