Distribution List Subscriptions. The MCP shall subscribe to the appropriate distribution lists for notification of all OAC rule clearances, and final rules published with medical assistance letters (MALs), Medicaid handbook transmittal letters (MHTLs), and other transmittal letters affecting managed care program requirements. The MCP is solely responsible for submitting its names and email addresses to the appropriate distribution lists and is also responsible for ensuring the validity of any email addresses maintained on those distribution lists.
